Natalie Romero describes the advantages of integrating IQMR with Gatewasy scanners. The teams managed to treat more patients per day and especially help the elderly or claustrophobic patients who benefit the most from the shorter scans.

iQMR was implemented and interfaced with the scheduling system, at 11 of Gateways imaging sites.

IQMR works or it’s beneficial for my site because we are able to see more patients in a day, meaning we’re not scheduling as far out as a week or later in the week. We can work them into our schedule sooner also. It shortens the time scans, meaning we are able to scan patients that are claustrophobic, elderly patients, patients that are in pain in shorter times.
