How did the implementation process go?  Dr. Randall Stenoien, Houston Medical Imaging, Texas

Video transcript: “There was a very meticulous process that they had to go through. They looked at our individual studies. They broke down and analyzed our protocols. And then they developed a plan to replace the protocols with a shorter version of each sequence. We initially started small. We started on one magnet. We started with several sequences. And I think they wanted to make sure that we were happy with it because what were the things that I was most interested in? Number one, we had to maintain excellent image quality. Number two, we needed to save time on our exams. Seeing how engaged and dedicated they were, seeing how hard they worked. Getting phone calls late in the evening, early in the morning and knowing that they were working long hours to make it happen really made me more excited to sell the project to my colleagues.
